2. Company Description

At YogaLife, we offer yoga classes that blend traditional practices with modern techniques to help you achieve physical, mental, and spiritual balance. Our goal is to provide a transformative experience for our students, helping them lead healthier and more mindful lives.

3. Membership

To become a member of YogaLife, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. By becoming a member, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

4. Payment

All payments for our classes and services must be made in full before the start of the class. We accept payments through credit or debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Please note that all prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Failure to do so will result in the class being charged to your account. Refunds will only be given in the case of class cancellation by YogaLife.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all our students to respect our teachers, staff, and fellow students. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your membership.

7. Liability

YogaLife and its employees are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during our classes or on our premises. By participating in our classes, you agree to assume all risks and waive any claims against YogaLife.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.
